It&#8217;s a rendition of the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Clavier_%C3%A0_lumi%C3%A8res\">clavier \u00c3\u00a0 lumi\u00c3\u00a8res<\/a>, a kind of light organ from 1915. As MIDI notes come in, it renders the QC view in the appropriate color for the note. So if you&#8217;ve been wanting to do a version of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Alexander_Scriabin\">Scriabin<\/a>&#8216;s <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Prometheus:_Poem_of_Fire\">Prometheus: Poem of Fire<\/a>, this will come in handy&#8230;<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s nothing too fancy, other than the painstaking process I had to use to get something approximating a MIDI note number from QC.
